Congratulations on making it to 2021!
I think it’s safe to safe 2020 didn’t go to plan. At Inspire Me, there’s so much juicy goodness we’ve taken away from the past 12 months that will set us up for success for years to come.
Here are 5 qualities we’ve learnt to fully embrace:
We learnt to pivot fast and pivot hard, responding to circumstances that were well and truly beyond our control.
We had to dig deep at times but it proved just how strong we really are as a team and business. I’m so proud of the sheer grit and determination this team of superstars showed and I know that we can withstand just about anything now.
We’ve learnt to trust ourselves and each other, trust our customers and ultimately trust that everything will turn out okay.
This one holds a special place in our hearts. Mindset is EVERYTHING. We live by positivity. It permeates our every move and without it, this year would have probably taken a very different turn.
We took the opportunity to embrace change and create a brand new operating system (across the board!) at lightning speed. We even got creative with our communication and team support.
And so, what did we manage to achieve in the rollercoaster year of 2020?
Well, here are just some of our highlights:
🔥 We took our community choirs online.
🔥 We repackaged our Workplace choirs and they became virtual, taking part in virtual gigs like Pride, The South West Contact Centre Forum Awards AND the Welsh Contact Centre Awards.
🔥 We raised a MEGA £4.5k for Luna’s Light… and counting.
🔥 We launched our snackable online training for businesses.
There’s SO much to look forward to in 2021. Watch this space for more news on:
🔹 The launch of our “Creating Superstars at Work” podcast.
